Welcome to the AI Girlfriend, a mobile application that offers interactive experiences with AI-generated virtual girlfriends. By using this app, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before accessing or using the app. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Subscription and Pricing

The AI Girlfriend offers three subscription plans: Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly. By subscribing, users gain access to premium features, including but not limited to:

• 🔥 Access hot girlfriend images
• ✨ Customize girlfriend personality
• 🚫 Ad-free experience (unexpected ads or interstitial ads will be removed, but users may still choose to watch rewarded ads for additional features)

Subscriptions will be charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You may manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by visiting Google Play Settings.

3. Features and Premium Content

The app offers interactive chatting with virtual girlfriends and a gallery of hot images featuring AI-generated girlfriends in revealing outfits. Premium subscriptions provide additional access to exclusive girlfriends and more diverse customization options.

4. Ad-Free Experience

The ad-free experience refers to the removal of unexpected or interstitial ads. However, users may still encounter rewarded ads, which they can voluntarily watch to gain special benefits such as sending virtual gifts.

5. Monetization and Ads

The Indian AI GF App utilizes ad mediation networks, including Google and other third-party ad networks. Rewarded ads are available as part of the gifting feature, allowing users to watch an ad to earn a gift to send to their virtual girlfriend. Please note that the ad-free subscription does not affect the availability of rewarded ads.

6. Privacy and Data Collection

Currently, the Indian AI GF App does not collect personal data, but we may introduce data collection features in future updates to enhance the user experience. Conversations and interactions with AI girlfriends may be stored for analytics and improvement purposes. For more information, please review our Privacy Policy.

7. Content and Usage Restrictions

The app features images of virtual girlfriends wearing revealing outfits. Users must be aware of and comfortable with such content. The app is intended for mature audiences, and users under 18 years of age are advised against using the app.

8. AI Model Limitations

The app may feature suggestive chat and images of virtual girlfriends in revealing outfits; however, fully explicit sexual content, nudity, or pornographic material is strictly prohibited. This applies to both free and paid subscriptions. These limitations are required to comply with app store policies and legal content regulations in various countries.

9. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on any subscription plans. Please carefully review the subscription details before making a purchase.

10. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for managing their subscription settings and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Misuse of the app or inappropriate behavior may result in suspension or termination of access.
